ukuldacoop.org is operated by ULDA & PARTNERS COOPERATIVE LTD, a company limited by guarantee registered in England & Wales under company number 11728901, whose registered office is C/O Spearmans, 333 Edgware Road, London NW9 6TD.

This site is information, not financial advice

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a personal recommendation to join the cooperative or to buy any property. We do not know your circumstances. Take your own independent advice before committing money.

Your capital is at risk. Membership of the cooperative is not a deposit, is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and you may get back less than you contribute. We publish no projected or guaranteed return figures anywhere on this site, and you should not rely on any figure presented to you that does not appear in the constitution or in a written business case issued by us.

The constitution prevails

We publish our articles of association in full on this site as a matter of openness. Where anything on this website conflicts with the executed articles filed at Companies House, the filed document governs. Membership is governed by those articles and by the Companies Act 2006, not by this website.

Accuracy of the content

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. In particular:

• Images of houses are architectural visualisations and 3D models, not photographs of completed units. Final specifications may differ.
• Project statuses, unit specifications, floor areas and prices are indicative and are confirmed per release in writing.
• Partner descriptions summarise our relationship with each organisation; each organisation speaks for itself on its own website.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation’s website we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law, or for any fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information through our forms, or submit forms on someone else’s behalf without their authority;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its database or any connected system;
• use automated means to flood our forms, or otherwise interfere with the site’s availability.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, designs, drawings and layout — belongs to UK ULDA or its licensors, except where stated. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content without our written permission. Partner logos belong to the organisations they identify and are used to identify them.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on any content on it. This does not affect any rights you have as a member under the constitution.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
