Five house types make up our developments. Each is designed to be built repeatably by a trained workforce, at a cost that keeps the finished home within reach of a mortgage-qualified buyer.
2 Bedroom Semi-Detached Bungalows
Our entry-level affordable unit. Two bedrooms, single storey, built in semi-detached pairs to keep plot and servicing costs down.

The core of the affordable range. Three bedrooms over a single storey, the format most often pre-qualified for mortgage finance by our banking partners.

Two storeys, four bedrooms and two living rooms. Aimed at larger families and at the upper end of the offtaker range.

Higher-specification apartment units for our premium developments, where land values support a different build standard.
Twin Duplexes
Paired duplex units sharing a party wall - an efficient way to raise density on a site without moving to apartment blocks.
About these visualisations
The images on this page are architectural visualisations and 3D models, not photographs of completed units. Floor plans, indicative floor areas and finished specifications are issued per development and per release — ask us for the current drawings for a specific project.
